In Accordance With State And Local Laws Prohibiting The Mishandling And Or Transportation Of Food in unsanitary, and potentially hazardous vehicles, and or apparatus, in accordance with these state and local laws we will decline service to any and all 3rd party food delivery services and or individual courriers acting in the interests of an enterprise, whether that enterprise be simply employing the individual, or owned whole or in part by said individual. failure to comply with these policies will result in legal action from Pita Grill, and all other effected parties as we will not take any responsibility whole or in part for mishandling practices of unauthorized delivery courriers/services/ or app based companies. we do not deliver, nor do we authorize any other enterprise to deliver for us.
